What Relay already refreshes

Relay's board is not static on its own. Amazon's guide to the Relay load board describes it this way:

“Auto-refresh thousands of new spot freight matches every 30 seconds.”

So an auto refresher does not create freight that Relay would otherwise hide. What it changes is how often your board view asks for the latest list while you work, and whether new matches get checked against your filters straight away.

How BestAmazonBooker refreshes the board

After you press Start on the widget, BestAmazonBooker clicks Relay's own board refresh on a schedule you choose. Each wait is picked at random inside the preset's range, so cycles are not a perfect metronome. Spacing is measured click to click, with time already spent waiting for Relay's response subtracted.

• Slow 6–9s — a calmer pace for quieter lanes or long sessions
• Moderate 3–5s — the default for a new filter
• Fast 2–4s — more frequent checks when a market is busy
• Manual — your own interval from 0.1s to 20s (default 3s), with about ±15% jitter around it, kept inside that allowed range

When Relay pushes back

If Relay answers a board search with a throttling response (HTTP 429 or 503), BestAmazonBooker switches that tab to the Slow 6–9s preset and the widget shows the throttled state. Pressing Stop on the widget does not reset Amazon's own throttle timing — waiting, or slowing down, usually does more than clicking again.

Pacing responsibly

• Start on Moderate 3–5s. Move to Fast 2–4s only if you can see loads you want going before your board catches them.
• Use Slow 6–9s for quiet lanes and long sessions. Faster settings mean more requests from your account without more freight.
• Very short Manual intervals are possible, but rarely worth it — and Relay itself already refreshes the board.
• Review Amazon Relay's terms and your carrier policies. No refresh setting guarantees bookings or any outcome on your Relay account.

Refresh plus booking

Refresh only decides how often you look. What happens to a match is up to your mode: highlight it and Accept yourself, or let autobook attempt it — within your Free daily booking, or unlimited on Pro.
